Nepal Maoists in standoff with government, hold State and People to Ransom

What A Shame! People Liberation Army were meant to liberate the people of Nepal, but unfortunately the word Liberation has gone out of Nepal Maoists dictionary and its becomes People Detention Army. Maoists of Nepal are still at their old game (hold State and People to Ransom for nothing): Nepal Maoists are talking about democracy in Nepal, but in reality all they are doing is to wait for the right time and the right excuses to launch another bloody war in Nepal with the backing of China and making the people of Nepal suffer again for their own benefits.

Maoists in Nepal brought tens of thousands of supporters onto the streets of the capital Kathmandu to protest against the governing coalition. The Moaists’ party lost power in May, after the president overruled their decision to sack the army chief.

They are demanding that the government debate the issue of presidential power. Nepal is still in the process of implementing the peace deal between the government and the Maoists, but as Tony Birtley reports, with neither side willing to compromise, the demonstrations will continue and the country’s fragile peace process remain stalled.

Maoists now understand what it meant to lose the power and authority for stupidest Ego and Dumb stubborn attitude. To rectify their mistakes they are just making and finding excuses to over throw the 22 party coalitions government either by street protests, holding state and people of Nepal to Ransom or by going back to their old ways; start a bloody gorilla war with the backing of their big brother Communist China.

As situation is getting murkier day by day in Nepal; India needs to be cautious on both the fronts Security and Diplomatic front and make sure the democratically elected government should survive for the full term as China is pushing hard to increase their influence in South Asian region by any means so they are backing Maoists to over throw the Nepal government and make Nepal Communist state.

We must also understand it’s really difficult for the tiny kingdom of Nepal to deal with this kind of problem on its own. So it’s a duty of government to India to offer support to deal with this sort of problem. The Nepalese people and society needs to get rid of these evils for their own betterment and for India security concern too. Nepal needs development and social equality in society and to achieve that they don’t need Maoists or China communist’s regimes.

India must stand tall and keep a vigilant eye on Nepal’s day to day happening’s, as recent events of Maoists clear indicates that they are getting backing from China which clearly poses a bigger threat to India security and may harm our harmonious relationship with this beautiful country Nepal.
