Bye Bye to 149 years Old Colonial Era…Law…………………….

Today Delhi High Court decriminalizes the private consensual sex between adults of the same sex by striking down section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. A 149 years Old Colonial Era…Law…..which labels gay sex to be an “offense”, punishable with up to ten years in prison……..

India decriminalises gay sex: India took a giant, albeit belated, step towards globalisation on Thursday when the Delhi high court delivered a historic judgement to amend a 149-year-old colonial-era law — Section 377 of the IPC — and decriminalise private consensual sex between adults of the same sex. So finally New Delhi Court say’s Big Hello to Real world……………………………

Even I do feel that whatever happens between consenting adults is nobody’s business and for sure it’s not the business of our so called thug’s guardian of our society and religious leaders. Both parties have chosen their path and both are adults; we need respect their feelings and choices.

Indian society need to understand and start realizing that gays and lesbian do exists and they have every right to get respects from our society.

If we understand this simple fact that gays and lesbian do exists in our world then I am sure our people will be happy to accept them and respect them but if we don’t understand or just simply ignore this fact or don’t want to understand this simple fact for any reasons than take my word more complications and more hatred will arise, And that’s also beyond our own imagination.

Every adult enjoy the right of choice, if he/she chooses to be gays or lesbian then we have to understand their feelings and respect their points of view. It’s simple as that….

So what I believe in? I am straight guy happily married and I do believe that Gays and Lesbian do exists in our society and they have every right to live here India with respects and most important without fear.
Like I said earlier that whatever happens between consenting adults is nobody’s business and I am standing by my thoughts. I hope Indian society will accept this in coming time and start showing some sort of respect to these minorities…..

Rest is up to you people. Oh yeah would be great if you people can share your thoughts about this topic………
